Thank you for the heads up on dysbiosis, WS. I am pretty sure i gotta build up my probiotic and gut flora. I started taking jarrows ideal bowel support last night and am thinking about ordering some multiflora and/or LSV-3. Is that overkill? Is less more or is more more?
About my diet it is 75% raw and 25% vegan. No meat, dairy, alcohol, cigaretes, sugar. (I accidentally ate Sugar that whole foods had snuck into one of the soups in their hot soup bar. I don’t think there couldve been much tho) i’ve been drinking a lot of water too but i still dont understand how it can help my bowels if it doesnt even go through the intestines? I just end up taking so many whizzes...
I’ve noticed a lot of mucus coming out of my right nostril in the form of hard boogers. I hope this is a good sign of more bad stuff finding its way out of me.
