Better be careful when taking high dosages of B6 for extended periods of time. For B6 works with the other B vitamins, and if taking B6 in isolated high amounts can cause deficiency in the other B vitamins! Best to take a B complex in conjunction. That way no deficiency will take place... And, best to find some organic whole food B complex as well.
