LOL!! You shouldn't need anything for constipation! This fast has you drink the laxative tea and the salt water flush. It cleans everything out! I don't do the salt water, only the laxative tea, but my husband does the salt water and within the hour it goes right through him. With the laxative tea you will go two to three times a day. I'm on my 5th day right now.
