Hi, I am thinking of starting this cleanse tomorrow but was wondering if it is okay to continue taking supplements. I read somewhere that it states not to use vitamin pills. Also I have been taking Dr Schulze's #1 formula since I have been severely constipated my whole life, would it be safe to continue taking these. Thanks
