Hi all

Just did my first cleansing enema with cooled boiled water and salt and baking soda followed by 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil in cooled but hotter boiled water.

A lot came out of the first, so much that I couldn't tell if there were any worms.

Now I've had the eucalyptus inside for about half an hour but it hasn't come back out ? Has anyone else had this experience? Is this meant to happen?
