Same here, same problems! But also feel great since I started cleaning myself! Something to mention: Rope worms migrate into sinuses after the smallest attack! From there You get them dry with eucalyptus essential oil inhalations. With this protocol You getvthem out- am in it they really come out with head and tail amazing
