I should start another thread about this, but perhaps I can ask you here. I'm on my 21st flush tonight and I am not sure how many more I should do. Logically, I know I am cleaning out my liver, colon, and kidneys, if I do a
kidney cleanse between every 4 flushes. But I also know that I don't feel any better since I started flushing 2 years ago. How does one decide whether this is the way to go or not? How many flushes have you done, and how do you gauge whether they are helping you or not?
