Lanosterol Eye drops

It will take more than 5 weeks for me if it ever works...
I've had cataracts for a very long time, and I have tried lanosterol eyedrops for 5 weeks now
- encouraging results somehow (brighter colors in some specific conditions, times when certain thengs appear somehow clearer)...
- but times too when it seems nothing has changed, or even at times, where things appear to have worsened a bit (in most difficult conditions, such as when at night, street lights are low and the illumination from shops' windows.makes me unable to see anything in those narrow streets we have here, or when reading computers' screens without glasses for instance)...

Does that mean it would work on some parts of the disease's symptoms but not on others ?, or maybe that it would take longer maybe I don't know...
I've had great moments of hope, but some disillusion too, and fear as well that the positive effects would not last...
And the bloody thing is so expensive, especially when having to pay $60 extra for shipping and custom fees !! Not necessarily a very good idea...
