My mirena iud expired June 2017! I seen my Gyn doc in July and somehow convinced me to keep it. She told me that altho it is not fda approved to keep it in after the expiration date, that it was still highly effective4 against pregnancy and told me that she had, had her 5yr one in over 7yrs! So my d*mba** let her convince me to keep it! Now here I am in December going through the worst things ever I know damn well it's coming from the Mirena! I'm having severe dizziness, nausea, vaginal swelling & pressure, head fog, ear fullness & pain!! Severe car sickness when I drive to it's so bad that I have to pull over, feels astho I'm going to faint & feeling very, very anxious!! This is crazy I have never felt this bad in my life! I have an appointment tomorrow to get it removed and I'm supposed to get the nexoplanon...I'm not to sure if I want to get anything!!😒 Tweet
