Re: Can you describe the brain fog and dizziness?

I also agree the baron fog has been the worse lingering symptom. My story is almost identical to Nomirena. Mine is worse while driving and with fleurescent lights. I feel like I am in a dream or having an out of body experience. It is like you can't have a clear thought. I feel confused, dazed, dizzy, and I run into everything. I try to clear my head with caffeine and exercise but it doesn't always work. Sometimes if I drink a L of water it gets better. I feel like since I have been on the estrogen patch it has been better (until this past 10 days). I tried some progesterone from a compounding pharmacy and I have felt like crap since. Needless to say I only took it 3 days.

I am also under a lot of stress because my husband leaves for 4 months end of may so that maybe why I am having more symptoms. I am 8 months post removal and I know I am better than I was then and I know it is only going to get better. I had it put on may last year. If I only knew then, what I know now, how I think my life would be different. Now I am 39 and being treated for menopause symptoms.

I hope everyone is having a clear day and each day gets better.

Kristi
