update!

HOW's EVERYTHING GOING?

It's now the end of Saturday, and I am wiped. Unfortunately, I've been cheating a bit. I decided to drink some alcohol on my cheat day (correction: a lot of alcohol LOL) and I binged a ton. I then had the spend the next day stocking up on food to replenish my electrolyte supply.

I'm glad to say that I'm okay now, but will definitely not be doing that for some time. Weigh in on thursday (1 week mark) was 94 kg for a total of approximately 10lbs lost. Weigh in now on Saturday is 97 kg. I'm not particularly worried, because I know the majority of this is water weight....but still, it's a hard lesson learned.

HAVE I DECIDED TO CHANGE ANYTHING?
For the cardio, I'll still be attempting to burn 1500 - 2000 calories daily (which is 2-3 hours of medium intensity level cardio HR 130-165 bpm). For the squats, I won't force myself. If I do 50, then I do 50, but I don't think I'll be successful. For the arm raises, I'm starting to find them a little tedious and boring. So, I think I'll begin doing push ups from now on.

HOW ARE MY ENERGY LEVELS?

Well, I haven't been slipping in and out of ketosis like I thought I'd be doing. It seems like I'm constantly in atleast some level of ketosis, so I don't experience recurrent keto flu's. Thank God.

My work out regime is pretty constant. I get up. Maybe drink some lime water tea. Take 2 multivitamin, a potassium pill, and BCAA. Work out for 2-3 hours (I've decided to just do this in one sitting since I come home way too late to do it in the evenings). Take another potassium pill, then a protein pill, calcium pill. Go about my day. Repeat.

That's it for now folks. Hopefully, I have better news come next week. I'm going to start posting every Thursday, to accurately depict weekly weight loses.
