Water Fasting 6 Days a Week Experience


Hey everyone, this is my first time posting.
Just a little background information on myself. I'm doing an extreme intermittent fasting to lose weight, nothing more nothing less. This is actually my day 4, so yayy I've already lost a bit of weight. My initial measurements were 5"4, 99 kgs, large frame female. As of now, I am 5"4 (obviously lol) and 96 kg. Unfortunately, I just binged ALOT, so we'll see how much I weigh in the morning. [Edit]: Weighed in at 95kg (10 AM EST).

My plan: Water Fast (with hot water and lime in the morning and evening) for 3 days...lick salt whenever necessary. Take a bunch of multivitamin and 1 potassium pill in the morning. On 4th day, binge on homemade salad with unlimited greens, a bit of onions, and a serving size of chicken. Then repeat the process all over again. In addition, I will be working out hard core (2hrs of cardio on elliptical in the morning, 1hr same thing at night before bed), 100 squats and 60 arm raises with 8 lbs. dumbbell) Which means that in the evening, I'll also be taking a protein pill, a calcium pill, and BCAA.
My basic metbolic rate is around 1815 cal, subtract 3500 cal (1 lb.) from that, and you'll get the total calories I'm aiming to burn off. Most likely I'll just surpass that and burn 2000 calories with cardio.
