Re: Water Fasting 6 Days a Week Experience

UPDATE:

Day 4 is finally officially over. In the morning, I burned 1400 calories and after this post, I plan to do another 600+ calories. With my predicted BMR at 1800, working out this much should allow me to "truly" lose one pound. My only worry is that I may go in and out of ketosis with each repeated fast. And that's like the opposite of what I want, I hate being sluggish throughout the day. But *shrugs* what doesn't kill you makes you stronger...right? LOL o.0)'

HOW DID I FEEL TODAY?
I'm not going to even sugarcoat it, I was hungry ASF! In fact, I had some serious hunger pangs. But knowing that I was going to be able to eat on Friday eased my worries. Surprisingly, despite my hunger, I noticed that I didn't get any intense urges to binge (which has NEVER happened to me). All in all, I'm pretty glad with how this fast has been going thus far.

SOME WORRIES?
I ate almost 1500 calories 12/1AM this morning. And even though I promptly worked out afterwards (only 650 calories burned though), I thought for sure I would gain some of the weight back. The fact that I didn't has made me a very happy person. Regardless, I'm going to try to work out everyday. But if I can't, I now know that I'll need to restrict my calorie intake to 900 calories (1500 - 600 calories) or below.

WHEN WILL I POST?
Not everyday. Honestly, I'm not paranoid or a fan of redundancy. So, I'll probably post the morning after my one-meal-a-week meals.

[EDIT]: I'll also be reducing my 100 squats a day goal, back to 50. It's putting too much strain on my legs.
That's it! See ya'll next week --> Next weigh in will be Saturday 12/2/17
