CS is unlikely to help kidney failure. Some types of kidney disease are believed to be caused by autoimmunity causing damage. Autoimmunity is caused by a bacterial infection but CS will not destroy it. CS is overrated IMO, it cannot defeat anything inside a biofilm which is where most microorganisms prefer to live.

You need to identify what caused it and try and reverse it. High blood pressure can be a cause and does go hand in hand with kidney damage.

It would be worth looking at nutrients to ensure that your metabolic processes are working for you rather than producing harmful things like homocysteine. Folate, P-5-P (B6), B12, Betaine/TMG. Taurine might be helpful.

I have been T1 diabetic for over 40 years and my last kidney test showed >90% function which after being diabetic for so long is pretty good. I have been taking a Chinese herb for about 25 years which I believe has played a part in maintaining function. It improves blood and energy flow to the kidney. It is called Tu si Zi (dodder seed). I take 15 grams/day boiling multiple doses in a large pan with Gou Qi Zi (Goji berries).

You would have to be careful about supplementation so that you do not take too much and overload your body if your body requires regular dialysis.

There are some Ayurvedic herbs which have been used to treat kidney disease and tests have shown them to be helpful for people who are not on dialysis. I am sure that you can do a search on this.
