Thank you for the good advice! I'm doing fine because I'm only 9 hours in. At least, I woke up remembering I had started a fast. That's the big thing for me. I will report back as the day goes on.

Happy and Healthful Fasting to you! I have always found Days 3 & 4 to be the hardest. If you can make it past them, you will find yourself in the happy fasted state. Your body will thank you in the long run.
