Re: Water Fasting Buddy Needed!

I will fast with you. I am in the USA, Eastern Standard Time. I will begin an 18 day Water Fast in the next three minutes. It will be 9 pm (EST) on November 30th. Gulp!
I've water fasted before, but this will be my longest. Each time I water fast, it's extremely hard for me to start.

I'm a female, 45, 198 lbs. I have been working a lot to detoxify lately and want to lose some weight so I have more energy to play with my four-year-old son. I am also hoping to remineralize a tooth, or at least arrest a tiny cavity. Tweet
