Re: I am ten months post-removal and I feel amazing. I can't quite believe how different I feel now than I did a year ago!

I just wanted to post a little update here - it has almost been five months since removal and things have gotten so much better! They're not perfect but I can't really believe the difference. For anyone going through this, don't lose hope! It DOES get better. What helped for me was vitamin B12, Calcium, Vitamin D and Flaxseed but from what I have read this varies widely from person to person depending on your make up. Keep trying - lots of things didn't work for me and I was losing a lot of hope. I understand there will probably be "crashes" where symptoms return, to a degree, periodically but I am so grateful for the change already. I have noticed I am very sensitive to medications still and seemingly random stuff can make my symptoms worse but I hope this is not a permanent situation and that when my nervous system calms down (which took the brunt of the assault) and my body recovers, I will return to, mostly, normal.

Thanks so much Meadowlark86! I really appreciate all your help and advice!
