Having just googled about diet and Seborrhoeic dermatitis, I am so pleased to read this. I have been diagnosed for about 6 months but it was going on for months before. Like others on here, I was told diet made no difference.
However, I am now so fed up with it that I have decided to see if it does. Reading this makes so much sense.
I was following Slimming World- ( i had just half a stone to loose). We eat very healthily and dont eat packet meals.
However every morning I have two eggs. At lunch time jacket potato or pasta! I have been doing this for months on and off. Then of course diet drinks and no fat yogurt but full of sugars.
I’ve always had a sweet addiction!! I love sweets and fight hard not to eat Haribo in a moment of weakness!
Thank you all- I am now convinced i need to change my
diet.
