I read your post with interest. What food have you cut out? Did your redness itch? I've been diagnosed with seb derm recently and basically gone on the candida diet with supplements, also apple cider vinegar, sometimes you don't know which thing is working the best. Would love to think i could go back to my old skin.... Tweet
