I feel sorry for people who think a restrictive diet is the answer to candida. It's not, as anyone who has tried it will tell you. Yes it does help lessen the symptoms but the candida remains, just waiting for the next time you slip up and eat something sweet. There is an electronic solution to this problem and it isn't very expensive. Actually it's probably less expensive than the cost of candida supplements for a few months. Tweet
