Re: Vaginal Insufflation -- at home or in the clinic?

I have done vaginal insufflations at home. I have noticed no detrimental effects. I made my own applicator out of pvc pipe with cap. It's not my first choice but I had no cylindrical wood and the glass blowers act like juveniles when you describe what you want. Perhaps trying one session at a clinic would give you the idea of how it goes and what you'll feel and then if you wish to continue at home it'll be fine
