At home has paid for itself within several months. Quite a time saver too. The vaginal works so well in killing off the systemic spirochete bacterial infections I can almost lead a normal life. Bought a Stratus O3 - Ozone machine. Had problems getting the correct regulator. In fact, very difficult to get accurate regulators for these medical machines. Need to make sure you have 100% oxygen source from a tank, rather than a generator. If not pure you could get nitrogen in the mix and that is bad for you.

Found I don't need a humidifier if I use a thimble full dose of coconut oil locally (using a monastat applicator/plunger to get way in there), no burning at high gamma of 88. I worked my way up to that and can go for a half hour a day now. Days that I miss are super low energy days now.
