Hi threre, I'm on day 4 of a waterfast myself and would like to continue for a few days as it's going great so far.
But I have to go on a 2 day hike this weekend, 5 hours saturday and 5 hours sunday. Not sure if I should break the fast before the weekend, try doing the hike on my fasting or eat during the weekend and resume fasting for 5 days next week?
I'm in good shape just have a little body fat mostly doing the fast for cleansing / challenge. But I don't want to take health risks if a 2 day hike is risky?
