4 Day Fast And Continuing
Hey everyone! been reading on this forum for a bit since it seems to be one of the only places that is not very hostile against fasting. Been trying my own only water fast.
Currently on day 4 of my water only fast, have not weighed myself for today, but i'm a pretty big guy, (started at 317 lbs, 6'4" 22 years old, male)
I will admit that my primary reason for fasting is weight loss, trying to get back my football body. I know a lot of people frown on fasting for weight-loss and say you can't. But i'm determined to try.
My plan is to use this fast to heavily trim down on bodyfat and then go back to weight lifting and cycling to build up muscle. Any advice and support along the way is greatly appreciated, and i'll be doing daily updates along the way!
