First, I am going to talk about water only fast,
Coffee, tea, supplements, or anything taken during a fast is more harmful than you eating these things when you are eating regularly. Tea, coffee and sodas are extremely dehydrating for your body, they are called diuretic. So read and educate yourself.
Fast with water only allows your body to rest and clean and heal. Your body uses fat, scar tissues and other junk in your body and converts it into Ketones, which your brain uses. It also manufacturers other things like bile from junk as well.
Fasting should never be used for losing weight. You will just gain it back if you don't change your eating habits. You are at this stage because you may have eaten processed junk foods and over the years your body fat piles on. There are no magic bullets to get rid of what has taken years for you to accumulate.
My advice is to go on water only fast, drink warm distilled or filtered water. If this is hard, start
juicing organic fruits and vegetables and you will lose weight slowly and feed your body much needed micronutrients.
Sorry to be harsh, but you need to read about this instead of taking things in your hands.
Going forward, eat plant based foods. You will not die if you don't eat meats and processed junk foods from packages.
