I’m still trying to figure out how this forum works. I am on Day 3 of my fast. I am down about 3 pounds. I have one cup of black coffee, lots of water, herbal plain teas, and yesterday I put a teaspoon of coconut oil in one of my cups of tea. I also had a low sodium boullion cube. I hope to be able to do water only, but I’m just glad I am seeing the numbers go down. I want to lose 10 pounds in a month. I realize I need to lose 15 during the fast because I will put the water weight back on. I love reading how others persevere through the tough moments and I believe I can do this! I will do this for however long it takes to lose 12 more pounds.
