Yes people get better. I did but it takes years to fully treat a heavy infection with multiple parasites. You best most affordable bet is a combination of fenbendazole and ivermection taken on a schedule long term. You can alternate this with pyrantel and enemas on the weeks you aren't taking the fenbendazole/ivermectin. You also need a good probiotic 90 billion, digestive enzymes with hcl and amino acid supplements. It took me 3 years to clear them all and I still get an occasional pinworm and last month a fluke. I treat myself monthly without fail. You will have to for life once you get them.
