Re: Biofilm enzymes

I've started taking Serrapeptase. It says to take it on an empty stomach (and not eat anything for an hour afterwards). Unfortunately I can't really swallow tablets with water, I need to eat something with a tablet to get myself to swallow. I've tried the last couple of days, but it feels like the tablet is still in my throat.

Do you know why it's important not to eat anything with the Serrapeptase? Is there any workaround to any of this?
