Re: Coffee and soup - Thank you

i understand your feeling over coffee. I could go without food (most days! LOL but it is hard) but the reason I keep breaking the Master-Cleanse fast if for coffee. I am not saying drink the coffee and do the fast. I can only tell you what I am doing.....and I am not even sure if i am doing it right. LOL I do wish to lose the extra weight i have, which is about 25 to 30 pounds. I strted this fast but then learned it is not only about the weight loss........but about my life! my health! my daily addictions. I an not only addicted to food in such a way as I so look forward to the meal and think about what i will have and what I will eat.............after reading about this Master-Cleanse fast I now understand I need to gain controll over this. I need to prove it to myself more then anything. so i started the fast...............but then break it for coffee. so not I have come to understans I not only love food........but need controll over my coffee as well! so my lesson is this.............I started out to loss weight then come to understans how I am treating my body. I need to control myself with food and coffee. if I treat myself good..............i will look good. If I were a stranger I do not think I would treat myself this way. If my best friend said to me. MAKE SURE I STAY ON THE FAST! I would do my best to support her.............so why cant I do my best to support myself/ hummmmmmmmmm (food for thought?)

All I can say is I know one day I will make it. I know one day I will post I past three days......then 5 then 10.............wow. i hope to. just keep reading the boards and one day you will make it. I have a feeling i will. just treat yourself like your friend.
