I am glad to hear that all of you had a drop in blood Sugar levels. A good thing that you know and accept that your family is Sugar addict. Xylitol and Stevia are great but like all things you will have a period of adjustment. So do not give up on those substitutes after trying a few times.
Also with your candida diet, include kefir, yogurt, kimchi and kombucha, alternating everyday. This will give you all good probiotics and help kill the bad guys in the gut.
After you complete your fast, it is good to increase your appetite slowly.
