glucose reading

You have to understand that glucose reading is suppose to be very low during a normal water fast.
Especially can get low during the first 3-5 days of a normal water fast. That is the hunger you feel.

So, if you are going to eat something every time you get low glucose reading, I doubt you can Water Fast longer than a few hours or 1 day.

Water fasting is about knowing that your reading is very low, and still continuing to fast for days.
To achieve natural healing.

Taking some food every time you are low is not a real Water Fasting that most people on this forum practice and call water fasting.

I am of course talking about people who have no diabetes.

It is my understanding that mother and father have no diabetes, only the daughter.

In her case, it is up to her what she should do.
I don't know a single diabetics who attempted a water fast, but it should be safer than eating sugar, as long as you are not taking any insulin.

If a diabetic takes insulin during a water fast, his levels of blood Sugar can quickly go to law and may lose consciousness or even die.
