Solutions: Mebendazole and Liver Damage

This worm is Ascaris.
I had it as well and if you don't:
-wash greens with bicarbonate thoroughly
-get rid of your pets or treat them systematically and keep them away from everywhere
-keep infesting from others in the house or any form of contact (including sexually)
etc
You'll keep getting it back.
I got them out (alive and moving) doing Shank Prakshalana, 2 of them back to back (1 time per month is advisable). Please look it up online, you have to do it correctly+ diet right after.
Like the liver flush, Shank has to be done routinely every month or so.
what I wd do if i were you:
1. Take Mebendazole (3 days), then take it again after 2 weeks (3 days). Then again if symptoms are there still. Get everyone in the houses treated as well+ pets.
2.Boil your toiletries (tooth brush, enema kit, intimate clothing, spoons and plates etc everything). this, after each rounds of Mebendazole.

2. Remove the infection source.
3. Start doing Shank Prakshalana every 2 weeks or 1 month, for life (like I do).
4. continue doing liver flushes, every other 2-4 months, for life (like I do)
5. Do dry fasting when you feel you can do it.
6. Stick with a RAW Vegan diet, for life.
7. Raise your vibration, through Yoga practice, ultra positive thinking, ho'oponopono.
