These are Turbatrix aceti aka vinegar eels. I feed them to my fish, they are 100% not parasitic. They feed off the live bacteria in the vinegar, the whole reason you buy unpasteurized. Once it's pasteurized, the bacteria is gone and with no food source the worms die.

I am not allowed to post outside links yet so just Google Turbatrix aceti or "vinegar eels".
