You WILL get there...Just follow your instincts and trust the process that you think will be a winner for you. Thinking back (if it means anything) I think fear kept things a bit too safe for this condition. When I made the decision to go full force (for my limits) I concluded Science was too far off and I had no choice.. then propelled from there. No shades of gray. I did thrash my intestines but compared to the prior..no complaints; took about 2 1/2 wks to heal. Not saying the approach I took is right for you. There are many approaches at this time.

Thank you for your words of encouragement, I took them to heart and realized the need to switch gears a bit. I also took notice of some supplements I was taking that were no longer needed anymore (body chemistry change).

In the beginning I would use a colander set under the seat cover and rinse by pulling the removable shower head (in reach)over to the colander :/ Couldn't stand this process and just felt it was unhealthy (for my senses) so I now
try to utilize a 2 Qt. warm water enema nightly and use a chopstick to touch the bottom and pull up the side, after the first expulsion (while the water is still clear). If there are Ropes they do reveal. If there are a couple sections you can usually tell if they were connected at some point. I then scoop them out with either tongs or a spoon, put them in a bowl, rinse them and lay them on a paper plate...Ewwwww!!! Sorry for the extreme details, figured why go half a-- on this one!
