From Wiki: Kombucha should never be fermented with stevia, xylitol, lactose, or any artificial sweetener.
So I am planning to cut out all sources of Sugar and fructose and add yogurt with xylitol.:)
P.S. by the way I am originally from Russia and not so many people familiar here with Kombucha.
