I think the Master-Cleanse is much more difficult emotionally/mentally than it is physically (at least after the first few days of detoxing and hunger - which for me both have disappeared no later than day three). You really have to be mentally prepared for this and have motivational thoughts in mind when you reach those points where you feel you MUST eat - or come here for inspiration, this is a great place and chances are someone here has experienced what you are going through.
