Morbidly Obese and Trying the Master Cleanse for the 1st Time

I am a morbidly obese late twenties woman who has always wanted to fast and do a good cleansing, and yet, for the most part, never really made it past a day or two.

I am contemplating doing The Master Cleanse this summer since I will have more time and less stress at work and should be able to do this as well as my basic work requirements.

How does a person deal with the hunger aspects of the master cleanse? what about the issues with blood sugar? I, thankfully, do not have diabetes and my health is good, aside from being severely overweight.

Would The Master Cleanse be a good way to detox off of Sugar and refined carbohydrates, or should I do that before I try the cleanse?

Also, what should I expect in terms of internal cleansing? I really want to have a very clean intestinal system as I feel a sluggish digestion is also aiding in my problems with weight loss.
