Yes I suffered from UTIs for nine years - until I got sick with a kidney infection and was recommended to try D-mannose. I you haven't tried it yet give it a go. It has really helped me and it is nice not to have to rely on a prescription for help. I've written about my experience in a blog called D-mannose Digest if you want to know more about how I take it and how it can help with UTIs.
