Bananas go with apples and berries. Citrus fruits are no compatible with bananas. Persimmon is compatible with bananas.
All in all you are doing fine. Whether fasting or not we all tend to eat lot more than we need to. As per Ayurveda eat only that fits in your palms when you put them together.
Avocados are very good fats and easily digestible. They go with all types of vegetables, yogurt, kefir and berries.
