Breaking 30 days water fast
Yesterday i breaked my 30 days water fast, ate watermelon, banana and avocado. Everything was so sweet today not sure i even want this, have a small craving for kefir or healthy buttermilk with small pieces of fruit. Not sure is milk products best way to go. Generally i feel great despite i ate yesterday a bit too much. I would love to eat some easy digestible fruit but not that sweat or maybe just go with some healthy without
Sugar yogurt? I have beaten in me that fruit and vegetable is number one for braking the fast, well maybe someone have some suggestions. I have full garden of veggies, like cucumbers, spinages, but raw they are quite hard for a first days and i don't wanna cook them.
Plus i am not sure why do you guys fast my purpose was to get closer to Jesus, so spiritual one and the point is i wanted to go for at least 40 days or 50 but after 30 i become so lean my face bones started popping out, i just lost crazy a lot of weight in such a short time. I don't get it some people fast for 40 and you can't even tell, but on me it looked like i haven't had a bite in a year, and i had some belly fat for "surviving" ,all gone. SO fast. Maybe i worked too much while fasting i don't know.
Please share any thoughts on what and how to eat what works for you guys. Thanks.
