11 day dry fast: Day 3

Day 3 is here and i've woke up feeling a little bit weaker.

The upset stomach is completely gone however so i don't think i caught anything or my body fought it off very quickly.

I got a pretty good sleep except feeling a little bit thirsty when i went to sleep last night.

I woke up and the thirst is completely gone now so i'm pretty sure my body has fully switched over to ketosis and is now making its own water.

I'd say things are going very smoothly and if things keep going like this i will definitely reach the goal.

My tongue has now turned fairly white which means my body is doing good work detoxing.

Still feeling very strong.
