Re: 11 day dry fast: Day 2

Day 2 is here and i feel great except maybe just a little bit of an upset stomach last night. I think i've caught something my family has too and they are very sick.

I only have a mild upset stomach though so i'll just have to see how it goes and ill stop the fast if i have to.

I don't think i will though, its very mild and i was still able to get a very good rest and it's pretty much completely gone when i woke up.

I actually think the reason my system is handling it so well is due to the fast.

So anyway, ill be back tomorrow with another update.

Still feeling very strong.
