My case could be made worse by the fact that I only ate 3 meals between the previous 3 day and only 1 meal after the previous 5 day.
I also believe I did poop right the next day both times.
Anyway insomnia is my middle name now as well.
Thirst is so close to hunger for how it feels.
I hope to fast till hunger returns.
I am more worried about the re-feeding than the actual fast.
I am thinking I'd just eat organic salads a few days 1/2 with veggies I harvest and 1/2 store bought spinach and kale and dressing made from yogurt with a little bit of mayo. Anything else I don't think I can manage being a non-cook.
