All the yogurt is eaten.
Yesterday lunch was a bowl of brown basmati rice cooked with a bit oc coconut oil and yogurt. Prebiotic and probiotic. Dinner was a scarcely believable 750 gm of broccoli and ~150 gm of leaves cut from my yard.
I couldn't believe someone could over eat broccoli and leafy greens. But I have on many many occasions very well got closer than anyone ever has I'll bet. Buttermilk dressing I made was awesome and I supplemented a bit with coleslaw dressing @ the end when I ran out. I must have had 24oz of dressing in addition to the salad.
OK I went to bed feeling like a balloon, woke up still feeling like a balloon, hit the restroom etc etc and weighed in @ 164.6. What ? Just 1 lb gain ? Also I am likely to hit the restroom again in a bit, balloon is still 1/2 full.
