You say "it would cause me to fell this way" I assume you mean "My legs get really crampy and my arms feel weak and I almost feel like stupid and spacey. I get really anxious because I don't know what is causing it. After I eat Sugar or get carbs or any food in me it use to go away and I would feel better."
What you are experiencing is deficiency
`1.My legs get really crampy - mineral deficiency (most likely magnesium, but it is hard to tell, it could be calcium or other minerals like selenium manganese and copper which we find in rice)
