Thanks for the reply, yes I have noticed when I don't eat any Sugar for weeks straight it seems as thought my body is craving it and it's putting me in this confused state that's making me feel weird.
I try and only eat chicken, steak and veggies and occasionally I'll add in some brown rice. It used to be that when I eat anything That has Sugar in it it would cause me to fell this way, but lately it's if I eat the slightest bit to much of a food even if it's healthy. So I'm really just all around confused as to what this is.
