Hi Im Alex 24 years old, I was wondering if anyone else has felt like me and if so could maybe give me some advice. The reason I'm writing today is that, since about last summer I've been dealing with a fluttery type feeling throughout my body where I need to eat Sugar or get some type of food in me or I feel as if I'm going to pass out. My legs get really crampy and my arms feel weak and I almost feel like stupid and spacey. I get really anxious because I don't know what is causing it. After I eat Sugar or get carbs or any food in me it use to go away and I would feel better. It goes on for days and days but then mysteriously one week it'll go away and then come back the next. Now fast forward 8 months and it's happening almost before every meal and it's a lot more intense to where I feel like I need to go to a hospital. I feel EXTREMELY TIRED after 5 minutes of eating. About 30-60 minuts after I eat I feel it comeback. I feel like my body is really breaking down from this and it sure is exhausting. I've been checking my sugars when this happens and it's always steady in the 90s. Blood work is all clear and I'm kind of starting to get scared. Last time my doctor checked my a1c last month it was 5.6 so he tells me it's not related to diabetes so if anyone could help me out that'd be great.
