Well day 5 was pretty rough so far, not so much hunger but it was hard to focus during the job. Thank goodness its friday so i took it slow.
Hoping to get to monday for the 7 days, what do u recommend i start refeeding with?
Was planing to make juice for the first day then light salad and Watermelon for two more days. Im hoping to stay in keto and will minimize carb intake for a month and go OMAD on mostly chicken and broccoli.. suggestions?
