Re: 7 plus water fast wanting support buddies!

i'm in, a little ahead of you started monday, on day 4. planing to go 7 - 10 days. just joined the forum to reply after creeping the site since..well.. monday. still smoking cigarettes and the good stuff to help cope with the hunger pangs.

did take vitamin pills the first two days but decided to stop so that my body would seek out the minerals within.

this morning drank a couple cups of lipton green tea, with some lemon concentrate juice (realmon), salt, and cloves in a tea ball today to help subdue my early morning head ache. not sure if it will throw off my fast, based on my results tomorrow morning i may stop that for the remainder.
