Re: What happens when you don't prepare for fasting?

Good going so far, it is important to rest, keeping warm and drinking water as per thirst during a water only fast. Feeling tired is normal.

If you do not have help, I suggest that you go as far as you can, 10-15 days, break your fast with organic freshly squeezed orange or tomato juice, then do intermittent fasting or juice fasting. Intermittent fasting can be planned around your activities.

You may do to 5-2 intermittent fasting, meaning eat 5 days, fast 2 days, or 4-3 fasting, or eat once a day, etc.

BTW, all animals know how to fast, except fir the two legged one, which has learned to store foods and eat by the time of the day rather than when hungry. All animals are programmed to not to eat everyday. Nature designs and verything with that program, including plant life.

I hope you can go as far as possible to give you the most benefits from fasting.

Good wishes.
